With a passion for design and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, He embarked on this entrepreneurial journey to bring innovation, creativity, and excellence to every project we undertake.

Rich grew up in Burnsville. He enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with his wife Pam and three children.
