Matthew joins Destiny Homes as a Design-Build Consultant & Estimator, bringing more than 13 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling and custom home building.
Throughout his career, he has worn many hats—designer, project manager, site superintendent, showroom manager, operations manager, estimator, and even laborer—giving him a comprehensive, ground-up understanding of the construction process. His deep practical knowledge and sharp eye for detail ensure accurate and reliable estimates on every project.
What truly drives Matthew is the pride and fulfillment of transforming a vision into reality. For him, there’s nothing more rewarding than standing back at the end of a project and knowing it was completed with detail and precision in mind. That sense of accomplishment—the culmination of hard work, planning, and craftsmanship—fuels his passion for building.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys quality time with his wife, Bree, and their two children. He also loves smoking meat, hunting, fishing, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
