STEP 1 | COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
This project is all about you! Our process begins by having our professional team and interior designer meet with you in the comfort of your home. We will discuss project goals, set realistic budget expectations and analyze existing functionality. We want to provide a clear understanding of the remodeling process to ensure partnering on your project is a great fit.
NOTE: To maximize this opportunity and to address everyone’s questions and ideas, have all decision makers present and minimize distractions. Appointment usually takes 1-2 hours.

STEP 2 | DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the Design Agreement is signed and the initial retainer provided, the Destiny Homes Team will get to work creating a strategic design concept for your project. We invite reliable trade partner and product specialists into your home to produce a precise estimate of the work needed to complete the project. It typically takes 10-20 business days to complete this step.

STEP 2A | DESIGN REVIEW
We will meet to review the custom design and project estimate, which includes allowances for materials that have not been selected. These are typically items like tile, plumbing fixtures, shower door glass, etc. We provide reasonable allowances based on project and industry averages.

STEP 3 | CONTRACT & SCHEDULE
After the Design Review you will sign the Construction Contract and provide the down payment for the project. The Construction Contract is a detailed road map for your specific project and will include a preliminary project schedule that outlines when selections are due, work will be completed, payments are due etc. All retainers/deposits are applied to the cost of your project.

STEP 4 | FINAL SELECTIONS
A custom selection sheet with allowances is created to outline the order for making selections. We will work together to make finishes selections in tile, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc.

STEP 5 | CONSTRUCTION
As construction starts, we will take great care to protect your home, your family and your pets! We will manage the purchasing, ordering and installation of all products in the space. Thorough communication and regular updates will help keep us all on the same page. Once the work is complete you will complete a final orientation and evaluation.

POST CONSTRUCTION
At Destiny Homes we pride ourselves on using quality products and materials. You can feel confident your project will have lasting value. You have a 1-Year product and labor warranty on items purchased and installed through our company. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us right away.
